Payroll

We run our payroll system via BrightPay payroll, It offers a secure portal to reliably run payroll for our clients in an efficient and reliable way.

Dealing with a variety of clients with differing payroll requirements, we use brightPay to provide our services at an affordable and competitive price.

Prices start from £4.50 per employee. This price includes a digital payslip, filing with HMRC.  Additional charges apply for pensions processing and AutoEnrolment.

We also offer a suite of services as add ons to our payroll service:

  • Connect which allows online access for employers and employees through designated portals
  • Employee App allows employees to see their payslips and request time off
  • Contracts for HR such as; Employee Contracts, Staff Policies, Employee Handbooks which can be digitised and added to the portals.
  • Payslip printing and mailing to employees
  • HR management - assisting employers with the management of their staff - such as maternity leave, sickness management, staff grievance procedures, and redundancies.
